Gotta love winter on the Olympic Peninsula.
So empty here at Salt Creek campground even the pup is relaxed.

Yes, we love it. It lights easily and actually stays lit without attempting to re light it several times, and accomodates two large skillets with ease. It works well on high and also simmers decent, but I'd probably recommend a simmering ring if low and slow is your thing. I will say finding medium heat is a bit of a learning curve though. The controls are a tad bit touchy. All in all, it works perfect for us. Coffee, bacon, eggs and potatoes mostly.
Now to build that perfect portable outdoor kitchen setup...
