Just spoke with Mark Harrah who was Tech Support at WRV. He said to let folks know that he will monitor the Forum and try to help people who post tech problems.

I can't help but be amazed that a man who just lost his job could worry about the rest of us, but Mark is quite a guy. Tow year ago he gave up his Memorial Day weekend to replace our driveshaft in a parking lot in Oregon.

Thanks again Mark,

Sully

Mark has always been an outstanding and helpful source for me as well.

Mark, you are in our prayers for a better than ever position. Thanks for all the help you've given me in the past and I hope to have you around a long time.

Hi Mark - thank you so much for your generosity and for your service and support in the past.

If you have the chance, please pass along our condolences to Chris Scott, Burk Morgan and the other fine folks at WRV. We were particularly pleased with Warren's recent service work on our coach. We hope he is at least off having some fun with his fleet of trucks!

Our thoughts are with all of you and we hope for good things in your future.

There couldn't be a better and more loyal bunch than those who supported our warranty issues last month. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had WRV services when we did and hope this all works out for them. As for Izzy, Warren, Chris Scott and Chris Pursley, and all the other wonderful hard working members of the WRV service department we pray that good job opportunities will be there for you.

We want to add our best wishes and thanks to the WRV crew (Mark, Chris Pursley, Chris Scott, Max, Kemo, Phil, Dave and everyone else) who have many times gone the extra mile to help us. We are grateful and wish you only the best in your future endeavors.

To all:

Class coaches are nice, but it's the PEOPLE that really make the difference. Thank you for all your efforts and dedication. Bless you all.

That's awesome. Do any of you former WRVites have any plans to open service center devoted to Alpines and other WRV products. Some of the folks laid off by Travel Supreme have done just that in Elkhart.

Best of luck. May a great door open soon.
