Yes--there are some spares in the loom, but they may not be of sufficient gauge for this purpose. I gave up trying to sort them out from the loom and just ran a new brake wire of the desired gauge thru the basement.

I think that will depend on the coach. However. I do believe that most coaches are likely prewired for a brake controller when the coach has a 7 pin connector installed.

Post your coach make model and year. Perhaps, someone with the same coach will be able to give an answer specific to your coach.

My 2005 Alpine has a heavy gauge blue wire, maybe 10 gauge, and a smaller gauge white wire labeled brake that were installed in the harness but are not hooked up. These were for use with trailer brakes. I traced the blue one from under the center of the dash back to the rear of the coach in the trailer lighting loom. I have been cautioned not to use the white wire, because it can cause the Vansco 2820 to fail. A 2003 should not have that issue.

Toad Wiring

My coach is an 03. It does not have a blue wire in the loom.
I have a new problem.. no brake lights. Where is the 15 amp fuse for the brake lights?

My brake controller uses really small wire.
I have a problem my brake lights do not work on the coach.
There is a 15 amp fuse that controls them but I can not locate that fuse. It is not in the passenger dash area.
