Turbo Oil Return Line Leak
Returning from the SW and DRR this year, I had a leak on driver's side of the motor and thought it was the crankcase breather line. It was not. The oil return line from the bottom of the turbo to the crankcase has a small flexible line that was leaking. It had swelled and the old clamps had loosened. The clamps could be tightened and perhaps it would have lasted some time longer, but I don't think the hose would have lasted more than a couple of years. I went ahead and replaced the tube, clamps and gasket on the other end of hard pipe by the turbo. The pictures are of the old parts and the receipt for the Cummins replacement parts. Maybe this will help someone else. Take care all!
