I believe the blinking part of the "signal" comes from the Vansco multiplexing module mounted ahead of the passenger's feet on the firewall. You should see the input LED #12 light, and the output LED #5 blink. You should also see the Output LED #2 on the rear Vansco in your battery compartment blink also. Check those out & let us know what you find.
