We think so, giving credit to Chris Pursley in customer service(and the new management team). We own a 2006 Alpine Apex (one of the first made) and have experienced a multitude of problems. Our first impression of WRV was not good and we considered our options. We decided that it could be a poor financial move to purchase a different brand of RV knowing problems exist with all. During the past 60 days WRV has stepped up to the plate and have delivered customer service that matches the quality of there coach. We believe the WRV product is maintaining it value and its reputation will continue to follow. Each of us who owns one has our own level of expectations. We are glad that we exercised patience. Thank you WRV for stepping up and taking responsibility.
