While inspecting my coach, I found this flexible plastic hose was "collapsed". In the adjoining bay there is another section of this same hose also collapsed. I am assuming this is not the way it is supposed to be. What does this go to?. Should I replace with another flexible hose or should I try to engineer a rigid hose solution? Thanks for your help.

I am wondering if they are water vents from the ac units. could be they are supposed to be mostly collapsed. Or, are they neer the fuel tank and could they (atleast one) be a fuel tank vent?
Thanks Janet & Todd. It is the only flexible clear hose on the whole coach. The section above the water reel is less than a foot. It then has another clear flexible (and also collapsed) section that goes into the next compartment towards the water pump. Haven't a clue so I am replacing the two pieces with Flexible (but non-collapsing) PVC. Generally it takes some type of suction to collapse a non-rigid hose. Have no idea what it does or where it goes but can't be wrong in replacing it.

Thanks to all for the help. Traced everything down and found that it is the hoses off the valve for rinsing the two holding tanks. Doubt WRV intended for that water line to be different from the rest on the coach. Replaced with PVC and now is all Okay - and I can now flush my tanks.
