If it's the pump take it out and have the local NAPA match it up.

Washer parts

Sorry. The external hoses and nozzles. I assume these are truck parts but I do not know how to cross reference to our '04 Alpine.

Thanks

I also have a problem with my windshield washer. There is a water check valve that is supposed to keep the water from returning to the tank. I checked it out and the check valve is defective. You can blow air thru both ends. Where would I get a new check valve. I believe it's a Denso brand. Thank for info.

You can use any hose material from an autoparts store. The nozzles can be cleaned by soaking them in vinegar if it's a calcium build up or use a calcium cleaning solvent.

My coach came with the Dyna wiper assembly and this site offers a Dyna Wet Arm Kit/W Nozzle, Part No.16-N-200955K for 13.89 each. You will need 2 kits.

They also have the Dyna wiper blade replacements.

I thought our windshield washer was broken last summer and needed new parts. I found the main problem was the screen at the bottom of the pump hose submerged in the tank of solution was stopped up with lint and trash. An old toothbrush and running water did wonders. It reoccured until I removed the tank, thoroughly cleaned it, sealed the top metal plate attachment and filled the tank with clean fluid. It works great now with no more failures. I hope you find your screen at the end of the hose in the tank stopped up as I found our. It's a much cheaper repair.

If your external nozzles are broken, (mine we plastic), almost any RV store will have replacements that will bolt through the front cap just like the old ones. Take a sample in with you. IIRC our replacement nozzles were about $12 for the pair.

You need part #3 on this diagram from Diesel Equipment-Distributors of fuel injection products & repair services. (attached below).

I bought the kit with the hose, clips and nozzle included from here: http://www.rustrepair.com/stepvan_pa...=wi&p=wi-wiper. You'll need to follow their lousy menus (Wiper Parts Misc). The kit is Part L.
