Windshield Wiper Arm

Many of you know about the fun we had on our summer trip with our windshield, but earlier, we had an even stranger thing happen. Remember, we have the one piece windshield with the 35" wiper blades. So we are driving through some rain on the way to Montana, and the two blades started to catch on each other. Upon arrival, the arm of our driver side wiper snapped off when John tried to replace a wiper blade. Couldn't find info on our ACA tech library, so started calling around. After a number of phone calls, I managed to get the info we needed. I talked to Wiper Technologies (apparently a domestic subsidiary of Diesel Equipment) at 877-307-7059, and talked to Neenee (that's how it sounded...don't know how to spell it), who needed a kit number, but we couldn't find it in the library or on the arm. Neenee searched for and found the kit number, which is 66732. The info in the library does include the part number for the arm - RA68025RH.
