Need new wiper blades but can't find anyone who carries blades as long as the Alpine Coach uses..they measured about 35 and 1/2 inches and Camping World and LaMesa RV do not carry blades longer than 32 inches..Have emailed Trico as they show they made blades for WRV Motor homes but so far no reply.

Whoops - I forgot - we didn't replace the 98s - they were replaced for us but ask at the back counter at Baxter - I bet they would have them - (We got wiper blades for our 98') at Baxter Auto Supply - they also had full wiper replacements for our 93 Safari when we couldn't find them anywhere else.

Well, whamo, trico did answer and said Napa Auto parts carries them and his reply was "
We only have the blade assembly and you can get it at NAPA Auto. NAPA # 603256."
In case you need one also...Mel

Hi.
You are in the right place. Napa Part number for the replacement blades is 60-2810. You don't have to get the whole assembly, just the rubber. It is easy to replace without removing the arm from the coach. Hope this helps

Don't forget to show your AAA (Auto Club) card at Napa stores for a discount!

Mel,
Two years ago I replaced my wipers. Got them at I5 Uhlmann's RV as the ones I got at CW went to pot in less than a year. The ones I got were rubber and a bit spendy, but they are still working without a hitch.

Try this link, as I purchased one from here, spendy. Seem to think, if I took in the blade, I could match it up at Joes Sporting Goods and outdoor. You also might try schucks, and or any good autoparts store, all you are buying is the length of the blade anyway, the way it connects is standard in the industry. I think the one I purchased was 28" long, but it's in the motorhome and I am at home.

I've used cheap 28" wiper blades from Walmart for years for both a 2001 Alpine Coach and a 2006 Alpine Coach. Don't these work for everyone else? The only concern I've found is to select the blades that have a hole in the wiper frame that fits the wiper arm.

The following is what I have used and you can typically get at Pep Boys, Advanced Auto, etc.
27-1/2 BLADES, NAPA 60-2810, TRICO 68-281

I too like others have used wiper blades that needed to be modified. But when I needed a replacement for a spray nozzle (the one mounted at the center of the wiper) I did some reserch and found the OEM to WRV. The name is Diesel Equipment Company. Here is a link to them:
http://www.dieselequipment.com/contact.aspx
Let the site run and you'll see wiper technologies. There is a photo of several Alpines. Go to products, then wipers, then the sub groups. Here is a direct link to Dyna wiper arms. http://www.dieselequipment.com/wiper...DIAL%20ARM.pdf
I bought wiper blades, spray nozzles, and cover caps. Diesel Equipment also told me they would sell to coach owners.
I sent this for the Alpine tech form, but since its not listed thought I would pass it along here.
Hope this helps.
Dan
