Thumbs up Xantrex Auth Service

A dear pal just reported success after his Xantrex 3000 ('05 Monaco 40') failed. Referred by them to: https://www.marksnyderelectric.com/.

The shop is on Poway, CA so dale shipped his unit. Hundred$ versus thou$and$ sounds good to me on a device that is too old for the factory to repair.

I was lucky that a proper reset remedied a recent problem on ours, but Dale said Mark really knows his trade! His battery maintence practices allow 10 year old RV batteries to continue serving.

Hope this helps a fellow RVer!

I have an old obsolete Xantrex RS 2000, one of the fans is noisy. I called this business, talked with the man explaining the issues. He advised me shipping costs would be unreasonable from IN to CA, so he explained how to change the fan myself, he would sell and ship a fan or I could buy one locally, my choice. They are just computer fans anyway.
