Xantrex display questions

We have a 2003 36FD with xantrex display (attached below) and Freedom Combi inverter. We’ve been dry camping last couple couple days and all good. Today my wife tried to microwave something for 4 minutes and it’s dropped the generator offline. I turn Gen off and then back on. This it the display I getting with Gen on.

Inverter seems to be working, charge light is on but no DC VOLT, BATTERY STATE or AC IN light.
I can hear the inverter working and on front of actual inverter the CHARGE light is solid green and the INVERT/WET light is slowly flashing.
Thanks in advance

The inverter/charger will not charge is the batteries get too low. I'd suggest that you keep an automotive charger onboard that you can use when this happens. I use this one I bought at Walmart.

I am sure more folks will chime in--lots to unpack here: 1- fact that genset shut down is a good stating point; and 2- genset uses 120v Xantrex by-pass to power microwave.
First-- a voltmeter will be your friend:
- Need to verify that genset breaker is set and is putting out 120v.
- Believe Xantrax has both an exterior "pop" fuse and an internal glass fuse.
- If charging on genset, power share should be set to max amps.
Check house bat voltage at bats and recharge with stand alone charger, if needed, as stated low bat voltage could be an issue.
Check breakers on inverter circuit in both the gray main and black secondary breaker boxes.

Old Scout, Good post. I missed the fields on the left that are dark.

You Should also look at the Generator because there is a Circuit Breaker next to the Start Switch. That has sometimes been tripped when the generator is overloaded on my Alpine.
