Xantrex error codes
My xantrex control panel is showing two error codes. Node 254 F251 and Node 0 F23. My coach did not come with the manual and I once stumbled on a way to reset or eliminate the error codes and the resulting red light on the panel. Can't figure it out now. The problem started this morning. I am dry camping and I turned off the generator. I then turned on my Keurig coffee maker. A bit later, I noticed that the fridge wasn't running and the coffee machine was off. So, no inverter. That's when I saw the error codes. I scrolled through the settings on the panel and re-enabled the inverter but have not turned the gen. off to test it. Any ideas? Is there a source for a manual on my Xantrx panel? I don't know the model of it, but my coach is an '05, built in late 04 if that helps.

You are going to need your model number. Not sure where it is. You may need to unbolt it to find it. Support can help you through their website, or you can download the manual: Power Inverters

If it's a Xantrex it is probably a RS 2000. Thats what was installed in most Alpines. The Heart Freedom 458 was in the early Alpines and an Onan inverter/charger was installed in some around 2005. Looking at the control panel or the inverter/charger it self should show what it is. Look on the internet for manuals.

On the inverter itself there is a reset button. That should get the inverter back on-line. Inverter in my mh is located on the basement wall of the storage bin that separates storage from the black/gray tanks.

I checked my RS2000 manual. I could not find a F251 error code but the action for the F23 code was to reset the unit. I assume this is the reset button on the main unit in the basement.

I believe Error code F251 is a lost signal between the inverter and the control panel. Check that wiring.. Make sure everything is making a positive mechanical connection
