01 tradewinds 7390 fuel filler hose?

I topped off my 01 7390 LTC with diesel and got a call from the landowner where I parked it about 12 hours later telling me I had a fuel leak. Found a 2nd fuel filler hose on the drivers side (the main fuel filler is on the passenger side just aft of the door) right above the propane tank with a steady drip from a pinhole on the bottom side of the hose about halfway between the tank and the fill
End. Has a fuel cap and everything. I have never even noticed it. 1) what is this for and 2) why would a fuel filler hose above the tank be leaking when it is parked? Too much pressure? Did I overfill the gas tank? Has anyone ever had to replace this -- the part number would be huge. It's fairly accessible
From the propane tank compartment.

Sounds like the chassis was produced to have fillers on both sides and National didn't or couldn't ( due to slide location or other floor plan problems) locate the filler with a fuel door.
If it's straight hose , NAPA , should be able to supply a fuel rated hose the size you need , otherwise , it would be a chassis manufacturer item if it's molded.

Had the same problem with mine. I replaced the hose last month. It is a left side fuel fill location. When you fill the tank to the max, there will be fuel in the filler hose until tank level goes down.
