I just went through this with my 2004 Dolphin, though the paint manufacturer on mine was U-Tech, a company that mostly specialized in fleets and is now owned by a Dutch company. Seems like they have closed up shop in the U.S. and I had zero luck finding anyone there who could help me. I took the codes to my local PPG automotive paint store and the codes meant nothing to them.
If you can find a dealer for your brand of paint you might have some luck, otherwise you might do like I did and find a paint store that can formulate it for you. I took off a belly locker door and took it into the paint store for them to match. It came out nearly perfect. I'd share the formulation with you, but unfortunately it's not the same color as yours.
EDIT: Just realized your labels state "Akzo". Akzo-Noble is the company that bought U-Tech, same as mine, so good luck finding them. All their U.S. offices seems to have closed down. I found a few phone numbers on line, but the numbers were disconnected or nobody answered. I did notice that one of your colors is a BMW number, so you might try an automotive paint store and see if that BMW number means anything to them.
Another update: I did a search on Akzo BMW372 and came up with several. Here's one on E-Bay. Looks like it's a steel blue metallic, so might be one of them that you need.
Also, I just found this Akzo dealer in Texas. You might give them a try.
