It might be a standard GM part ~~~ that will cost you an arm, a leg, and your first born. Suggest you remove the bad tank and go to a salvage yard to find one that is about the same dimension and plumbing. You could probably buy a number of them at the junk yard to have spares or share and still not be near the price of a new one. If you can find some scrapped big GM trucks you might find the exact replacement!
