I have some manuals for my 1997 Dolphin, the owners operation & maintenance manual, and the Ford Class A Chassis owners guide.These are very helpful, however what I am looking for is the service manual, or it might be called a repair manual for the power train, or more specifically the engine. This rig is powered by the Ford F53 Super Duty 7.5 EFI 460 CID V8. A service manual would be extremely valuable for troubleshooting problems and doing anything more complex than a oil and filter change. Does anyone know where I might acquire one?

Thanks, yes, I'm still trying using various search engines, but so far sites I've visited only want to sell me something other than what I need. This could take some time.

Try calling your local Ford dealer's parts department. They may be able to order a manual from Ford for you or, if not currently available, point you in the right direction. Also AutoZone has on line manuals.

For future reference, there is a specific Ford Chassis forum here and would be the better place to ask chassis & drivetrain Q's. The F53 is common to many brands of motorhomes.

Thank you Nick. I noted this manual is for a carburetor version, not EFI, but none the less contains valuable info. Many thanks. The picture of your rig looks just like my 96 National Dolphin.

I have been searching high and low for the manuals you say that you have. I have a 1997 Dolphin 534G on a Ford F53 chasis, no slideouts. Can you please somehow send copies of your manuals. Every other place I go, including ones I have seen for sale, there aren't any manuals, or there is spam, virus issues. Even the links on this and the other posts in this forum don't open correctly. Thanks for anything you can do to help, at my wits end.

Hi everyone. Have 1994 Dolphin 533L, no turn signals, brake lights continuously on, can't find turn signal flasher, flasher location on fuse box says "see owner's manual", can't find owners manual either, can anyone help please?
