Question 1998 Sea Breeze 1310 Limited Body/Trim Adhesive?

I have some lower body trim pieces on my 1998 Sea Breeze 1310 Limited that are beginning to pull away from the sidewall of the coach. There is some sort of adhesive/caulk/sealant that the factory used to seal the joints between these pieces, and this appears to be the same material that was used to bond the outer fiberglass skin to the basement doors, one of which is also beginning to separate. Does anyone know what this material is, and more importantly, where to get it? I would like to address these issues before I lose the trim pieces somewhere on the road.

Current Rig: 1998 National Sea Breeze 1310 Limited (Ford F-53/460 CID)

Previous Rig: 1972 Rectrans Discoverer 25 (Dodge M300/413 CID)
