2002 Dolphin main slide floor
36' model 5335
Noticed that with slide open all seems well but with slide CLOSED and sitting on couch the floor sags causing the settee to pull away from the wall. Outside the bottom of the slide is swollen mainly at the front edge but also starting at rear.
Ok.
YouTube showed fairly easy replacement of rotten plywood floor in RV slide.
I removed the lower outside trim and a couch bolt to try to determine the thickness of plywood I would need.
This rig seems to be steel tube frame with luan and foam. Is that correct? Does anyone know of a build print showing location of steel?
I'm now leaning toward a stainless steel corner wrap .
