Disconnect your coach battery ground cable.
To remove the radio, cut four pieces of a wire hanger into 5" pieces. Insert the wire hangers into the four holes on the side of the radio until you feel them unlock the tabs and slide the radio out. Unplug the radio.
Remove the cover on top of the dash & reach in and unplug the cig. lighter.
Remove the three screws that hold on the plastic dash and slowly pull out the dash being careful not to strain the A/C thermostat tube.
You will only be able to pull the dash out a few inches before the thermostat tube becomes too tight.

Dash removal

I have a 2002 Tradewinds, and I had to get behind the dash the other day. I had all of the screws out of the front and still could not move it. I found that there was four screws in the underside of the dash panel. After removing them I found that there is velcro (thats right velcro) holding the main panel section on the dash frame. I had to slip my finger in between the dash face panel at the top and slide it around the curved part between the two pieces to separate them.
After I had the part numbers I was looking for I put it back together. Just remember to get the screw holes lined up underneath first, then attach the velcro.
It was a bit of a pain, but with some patience you will be in good condition. I hope this helps if you have the same as mine.
