2003 Dolphin LX 6342 Brakes

Hi All, Been a long time, I just lost my 97 Dolphin to a refrigerator fire am now
looking at a 2003 Dolphin ,love the Dolphins. It has the 22.5 tires and I was wondering about the brakes on them. I did not like the 16 inch tires brakes . I pull a dolly.

I have a 2004 Dolphin 5342 on the same chassis (Workhorse) and the brakes work great. I have made several panic stops over the years while flat towing our Jeep or a VW and have been actually surprised how quickly I can stop.
If you go to the Workhorse section here at IRV2 you can find the website to see if your brakes have had the recall performed. There was also a fuel pressure regulator recall that was also required.
You'll love the Workhorse chassis and the 5342. There is so much storage we can't use it all. If we were ever to have the misfortune of losing our Dolphin I would look for another one to replace it.
