How do you remove the wheel cover from a 2003 dolphin lx. The wheels are 22.5 and have 3 lug nuts that have dimples and are larger than the others. Do these 3 have chrome covers that pop off and expose a nut, or are these chrome covered lug nuts that have to be removed to take off the wheel cover. If the later is the case what size of socket will I need to remove them. The tool provided by NRV does not fit either lug nut.

The T-handle wrench provided by NRV worked well for my wheel covers. Yes, the nuts with the dimple must be removed then the wheel cover should come right off with very little effort.
