You can also try your local Car Audio shops ... while they will not have the dash trim, these pieces are made from ABS plastic and a good shop should be able to duplicate it - especially if you have a good one on the other side.
They would likely have to spray all 3 panels to make them look the same too.
We used to build a lot of custom panels, etc out of ABS - back in the 'day when I was in that business.
