2004 Tropi-Cal w/full body paint

Any of you have a 2004 Tropi-Cal with full body paint and 350 Cat?
When we ordered ours in the spring of 2004 we paid an extra $18,893 for Desert Diamond Pkg( full body paint, chrome mirros, aluminum wheels etc) and 350 Cat.
We are preparing to sell and downsize. In checking NADA value for our MH it list new price as $176,715 msrp. Msrp on our Mh was a tad over $190,00( with a few other options). Soooo, my question is how do I (or potential buyer) determine value? Sorry if this is too wordy or unclear.
I have my original factory order form from National with prices.
Thanks folks.

I have substantially the same coach. Mine is a 2005. We bought ours used 18 months ago.

I think most will tell you that NADA Values and original purchase price have less importance than what the actual selling prices for similar units are. I would do a search for similar coaches and find a range of prices. Then place your price within the range based upon condition, mileage, equipment, location, etc.

Good luck

Price comparison to other units is probably the best way. Something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Unfortunately, it is a 10 year old coach and to a degree, no matter how much care and love that has been showered on it, it is still 10 years old.

Also, even though I can't really account for it, National coaches that are used seem to go for very economical prices. Most swear by them but it seems like a used coach that might go for $90000.00 in one brand will go for $80000.00 if it is a National. I don't know if that is the orphan status or what have you but they seem to be priced less than equivalent units from other manufacturers. Good for buyers but not so much for sellers.
If you are in Canada as your name suggests, I would play up that factor to Canadian buyers. Importation may be an option for some but it is a bunch of hassle too. A nice, already imported and certified unit has some appeal to those who may be wanting to buy north of the border.
