2004 Tropical, Emergency flasher location?

My turn signals work fine but my emergency flashers are dead. Freightliner told me the flasher units were in the harnesses under the dash, one owner said his were in the steering column, another said in the passenger side inverter space.

I can hear the turn signal flasher in the inverter space but can't see anything that looks like a flasher unit.

Any help will be appreciated.

My F/L chassis the flashers are within inches of each other , does it look like a Velcro secured panel at the back of the compartment , some manufacturers decide to hide thighs like flashers and fuses and other stuff you might need to find.

You might look see if there is a fuse panel on the left lower panel next to drivers seat. There may be a flasher near the floor. Thanks, Richard
