Rides on a w-22 chasie, upgraded to sumo yellow bump stop/spring, Koni shocks. But still get jolted on the freeway over rough roads. Any type of front air spings or suspension suggestions?

My 2004 Dolphin W-22 has Sumos and isn't bad at all. Only difference is that I have Bilstein shocks on mine.

What air pressure do you run? I start out in the morning at 85 psi front and 90 rear. I have Toyo tires in front now, which seem to ride a little softer than the Sumitomos they replaced. i do notice the ride gets a little harsher as the tires heat up and the pressures rise. On hot days I'll end up at 96-98 psi front and 100-102 rear according to my TPMS.

I think large potholes or expansion joints are going to cause a suspension crash no matter what, but my W-22 rides much better than my last P-30 motorhome. The Sumo Springs do really seem to help in that regard.

Tire PSI, Tire PSI, Tire PSI

Remember this is not a car or even a pick up, it's a 20,000# box driving down the road. Also, you and your wife are sitting right over the front axle and the impacts are sent right up your spine. Just the nature of the beast.

I have the Koni shocks also. great shocks. I run slightly different tire PSI than CamJam, Front 90 rear 85.

I have a 2006 SeaBreeze LX. I run Koni's on the front, Toyo tires, and 75psi front, 80 psi rear based on out actual weight fully loaded. Still can be jarring at times.

Running 82 psi all the way around. Front 2 have been replaced with Toyos vs the over priced michelins. Konis much better than the the bissteins. tru track & steering stabalizer have imprved the wandering steering. Love the turninging radius over my last f-53.
