2005 Dolphin bedroom slide seal

I know this topic has been addressed many times on several threads because I have read hours worth of them but I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. I have a 2005 National Dolphin LX 6355. I just discovered a leak in the bedroom. I think I have isolated it to a torn slide seal in the upper right corner, viewed from the outside. Member "Speed Racer" has posted the most relevant information for me concerning the seal part # and replacement process. My confusion comes when I look past the outer seal and see what appears to be a inner seal that looks like it would seal the slide when it is fully extended. Is that replaceable? If so, how does a person access it? Do you have to get at it from the inside of the coach and if you do, how do you get the upholstered trim that goes around the slide off? No reason to suspect the inner seal is defective, just thought since I'm in there, I might as well do it all. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Outer seal is a wiper....Take a look at Steele Rubber Products web page....Might be able to access the other seal with slide 1/2 way in or out....compare prices...
