Looking really good. What are you using, and how are you applying?

Shiny

The front and rear cap, I wet sanded with 2000 grit paper, then I applied Meguiars 49 , Oxidation Remover, with a buffer and wool bonnet. Then I applied Meguiars Carnauba Wax with buffer & new wool pad. I put wax on by hand first and let it dry to a haze. After buffing, I wiped down with a soft cloth. The sides, I just applied the wax.
Thanks for the comment. Iím 70 YO, so it took me awhile, did a large panel a day.

I'm working on mine, and I've only done the nose so far. It's a LOT of work! I'm 52, so you make me feel bad about myself. I hope I can get mine looking anything close to your results. I will have to try the wet sanding.

Youíll be fine, just take your time, once you start seeing results, youíll do even more. I found it much easier to run buffer at 1500-2000, much easier on the shoulders.
I ran final pass at 2500 rpm just to get a good shine. Even without wax youíll get a nice shine. I did wax to protect it.
Post before. & after pics as you do a section.
Good Luck
