2007 34lx Ford Chassis F53 New TV

I pulled the old so called Flat Screen Tv out and replaced it with a new Samsung LED.
1. Removed the wood face plate (4 screws)
2. Pulled the TV out and was heavy
3. New Samsung LED with a outside dimention of 29 1/4 (fits perfectly)
4. Cut a piece of 1/2 ply wood and mounted it on the frame that was used for the old TV.
5. Mounted new TV to the plywood
6. Mounted new TV and playwood to the metal frame using long 1/4 inch bolts.
7. Installed outer wood flange

Not to bad of a job. The hard part was finding the 32 inch TV that would fit.

I also insulated the upper area which sould make it a lot cooler and quieter.
