2007 Tropi-Cal T330 Water heater MIA

Hello, Just purchased last week, in fair condition. One of the issues is the water heater has been removed and bypassed including the bypass valve. Does anyone know what would be a good replacement? I think it had a Atwood, 6ga or 10ga, not sure
Thanks for the help!!! Rick

Atwood opening sizes
6 gal --- 12-1/2"H x 16"W x 18"D

10 gal -- 15-1/2"H x 16"W x 20-3/4"D

Current available versions in combo electric/gas need 12V DC for on/off switches and controls both electric & propane
Electric also needs 120V AC circuit breaker and wiring to backside of WH Tank where DC/AC Relay & element are located

GAS ONLY....
Same size openings and just 12VDC wiring

Suburban.....
Different size opens
Similar types Gas Only...Combo Gas/Electric (which use separate controls)
