2008 Dolphin real wheel well liner material
I noticed the liner on the inside of the rear wheel well is peeling off. It looks like a black vinyl material. It may have also been sprayed with undercarriage spray. There is bare wood behind it so I need to recover this and seal it. Any ideas about this material?

Thanks for any suggestions.
