2008 Pacifica 40EI passenger slide won't go out

This is what we call the super slide. The slide goes from behind passenger seat to closet in bedroom. It's a big slide. We had a problem on last trip and changed the relay and it did go out and retracted. Came home and the latches retract and it nudges, but won't go out. We are level, and we are getting full voltage, 13.4 volts at the controller. Any ideas or advice appreciated

make sure the relay is in tight. My Pacifica had a slide issue. The tabs in the relay were too long and road vibration caused the relay to fall out. The tabs can be cut shorter. I did it to all 6 relays. Tom 07 Pacifica.

We had the circuit breaker(2 pin plug in) for our front slide vibrated out while driving. A close look with a flashlight at the slide circuit board show the breaker location was missing the breaker but found it laying close by.
