Question 98 Seabreeze Two valves under bed

Under the bed in the 1998 Seabreeze there are two small valves side-byside. The manual shows they may be low point valves for drainage (#26)

Do you know what direction they should be to be closed? The carpet is wet beside the bed. I have traced it to these two valves. At the moment I have the water shut off.

There are 3 under the bed of our 1998 Sea Breeze 1330. The one by itself is a drain for the fresh water tank. The 2 side by side should be marked with a red and a blue crimp for hot and cold. Yes, these are the low point drains for the hot and cold water lines. All 3 will be closed by turning the handles clockwise.

Closed would be when water quits dripping.....or, there's a loose or cracked fitting/valve

Neither open or broken. These are needle valves (like the ice maker shut off in your house) not bal valves. Therefore, the handle position in relation to the line has no correlation.
