99 Seaview Water Pump Access

I have a leak when my pump runs. It seems to be dripping from behind the access panel in the plumbing compartment. I removed 7 screws to look behind the panel, but couldn't get the panel removed because of the City connection. It appears to be a solid brass? connection that won't move. Can the City connection be removed? I didn't want to try to unscrew it in case that isn't how it's attached.

My guess is that a fitting or clamp has cracked, but so far I can't do anything about it. Thanks.
