I've checked the alternator output and it is right about 14.3. so good on that. I found the large circuit breaker panel. But not sure what the third relay is for. I see the two circuit breakers and I think I'll just replace them due to age. Does anyone know where to get these?

Here's some pics of the alternator and the circuit breaker panel to help with advice on where to get them, and what is the third relay, what does it do?

The third item is the starter relay , it takes a low amp signal from the ignition switch and supplies high amp power to the solenoid on the starter .
The relay is grounded through the trans ECM as part of the neutral safety system.

The circuit breakers , I've seen on the net , maybe even on e bay , I'm sure the chassis one will be 135 amp , that shows in my schematics .
But you may need to find a number on the coach C/B , because the gen set starter operates through it , it may have a higher rating.
Also a file on the starter relay.

I couldn't locate and circuit breakers behind the dash for the A/C and driving lights issues. I checked all the fuses and all good. No real way to check all relays aside from replacing them. I know if it's totally out, I can check it, but they all check good now.

I see your chassis serial #'s last 6 are on the plate , my SN ends in 878 so they rolled of the assembly line close to each other , build date was Feb 99.

Any how corrosion at the blue arrows could be part of the problem , may sure everything is clean for installing new C/Bs and as factory an anti corrosion spray.

There is some corrosion on the terminals. But since I'm into it, I'd like to just replace them to be sure

Ok , I see you pictures of fuse boxes ( Freightliners ) are the same as mine so maybe the schematic I have will work for you . I'll check the file size and see about posting it.

The third fuse panel in the pictures is a National item , so I can't help .

I haven't had to change mine so I,m not sure . Disconnect chassis battery positive cables and check which one still has power from the coach batteries.

Mine is on the fuse box covers, too.
