Air horn solenoid

Can anyone tell me where the air horn solenoid is on a 1998 National Tradewinds, my horns sound like a sick moose and I suspect the solenoid is rusty and needs to be cleaned.

My air horn solenoid is located in the front compartment(electrical) above the drivers front wheel....or actually in front of the front wheel... a chassis wiring compartment provided by Freightliner when they built the chassis...

Once my 2001 LTC air horns sounded like that I had to take apart the trumpet and remove some moisture from the disk inside.
