Hi Wayne,

How did you get the MPG accurate?

Worth is a matter of opinion, so keep that in mind. My opinion is no, but itís a nice tool to have around if you have to diagnose a code. My instrument cluster has gauges for all the items you mention, it just doesnít have up to the moment or average miles per gallon but I find that knowing a MPG ďAt the momentĒ interesting but not that valuable after the first time or two of usage.

Others will have a different opinion and thatís just fine.

Anyone know if a scan gauge is worth the money?

I find that the info available on the Actia panel is the same as my Scan Guage the OP, mpg, avg mpg, and others, after all it's coming from the same computer. I do like the wtr. temp and transmission temp. The other two displays I can toggle back and forth with. It'd a another toy but is useful. It will show you that the water temp gauge on board once fully warmed up can not display rises in temp unless they are large. Is it worth it maybe to some but the fact that you can read coded is a plus.
