AT & T DIRECTV "service" is very bad! Beware!

Because we are full time traveling, I asked for a location change for my service on Monday & was told the new At&T policy was it would take 72 hours to change the signal. Today I ended up spending 2 hours on the phone and was told it would be another 24 hours to do the service. In the past a change of service was done right away. So much for great service. I sortta knew this would happen since AT& T purchased Directv.. This has never happened before.

that's very poor customer service! But I appreciate the "heads up" I was thinking about changing to Direct and getting rid of Dish. But Dish will change the location in about 10 minutes.

Stay away from Direct. They have gone to [Mod Edit] since ATT took over. I have moved my equipment from home in Florida to Ma. for 2 years. I change the zip code myself for local channels. Took 10 min. This year it took 3 days, hours on the phone, got charged 2 equipment installs on my bill. took 3 days to get that off. I'll have to go thru that again when I get home. I will cancel and go back to Dish.

This is why I left Direct after 10 years and went to Dish. And Dish costs less than Direct.
