Awning wind sensor adjustment?

On my national Dolphin 5355 My Awning is the type that has the wind sensor. Is there a way to adjust it to be less sensitive? As it is it will roll up with a little to nothing breeze. Makes it worthless to turn on as is any breeze whatsoever up it goes.

I just turn my wind sensor off and leave it that way. Had an rv tech tell me one time that about all the sensor is good for is to let you know a wind gust just took out your awning. A sudden gust can ruin the awning before the sensor has time to react and retract the awing. Go ahead and retract the awning when you are away from the rv and overnight.

The chances of getting it to work right are few and far between. Just unplug the thing and never leave it out when your not around.

Yeah, that sensor is useless. If a bird flies by and farts it activates. I never use it. Just watch the wx.
