I just remembered, when we bought this MH #2 compressor would not run at times, some investigation found the 120VAC wire terminal on that compressor was corroded enough to prevent a clean contact. I removed the wire, cleaned everything with a small brass brush, reassembled it and it has ran great ever since.

Went out this AM and flipped the switch in the basement to off.Started AC and the blower runs fine as long as its on the 1st compressor.Only when the 2nd compressor comes online does the blower go off. I'm gonna make a few calls today and try to get some info.

Update : Haven't been online in a while so I wanted to give an update on my A/C problem.Turns out the reason the blower went off when compressor #2 came online was a burned resistor in the board.Although probably repairable I replaced the board,$205 shipped to my door. Now it works like it should. Thanks for all the advice .

One thing you can do to improve cooling is to block the most forward ducts. Otherwise the cool air will go into the front shell of the coach.

Does the forward ac ducts allow the cool air to go into the font shell for real or are they dead ended?

The ceiling ducts on my Pacifica are open all the way to the shell. I have tv cables running thru the driver side duct to the mid tv. I blocked the ducts off with cardboard but need to cut to fit foam blocks. I do not know about other models.
