Bedroom Slideout Nylon Blocks/Plates???

My bedroom slide-out slides on nylon blocks. One of the nylon blocks sheered off and is missing which is causing misalignment. Where do I find this part and what do I call it? The nylon blocks are positioned in each corner and the metal frame glides over these nylon blocks. I can access these blocks from under the bed. The blocks look to be 3/4" X 3/4" X 5" inches long? I searched all over the forum, but could not find this part referenced.

This is for a 2006 Tropical T350.

Your slide room frame was manufactured by POWERGEAR, they were bought out by LIPPERT COMPONETS. You may be miles ahead if you remove the old broken block and have one made.

You can find many documents online under POWERGEAR and LIPPERT.

Thanks Richard S. You were correct I would be miles ahead if I made the block myself. Lippert was not any help. I went to a Plastics store and had them cut me some blocks. I had to use a combo of 1/2" and 1/8" thick plates to achieve my thickness of 5/8". The blocks were easy to drill and all is back to normal.
