Black Tank Monitor

We have a 05 6355 and the black tank monitor shows full all the time. I did all the suggested cleaning methods and it still registers full so I dis connected the tank sensor leads and the monitor still shows full. Any Ideas? Thanks
Ron

Mine did the same thing last year so I call JRV products an got a new circuit board and it works perfect now. So give him a call and tell him what is wrong. I paid around 90.00 for new board.

Before spending $90, try the Valterra Master Blaster flushing wand. We had problems for numerous years, this product took a couple of flushing, however the tank now reads correctly.

Thanks for all the help on this. I have tried a flush wand on another rv and they are a good tool but I think I have a bad panel. I will talk with jrv on Monday. Stay tuned.

Cutting the wire to the panel is how he told me to check it.

Thanks Holdren. I did disconnect the wire harness on the tank and it was still lite. Why would cutting the wire make a difference?

I talked with a tech at jrv Monday and ran the scenario past her. She told me the circuit board is faulty. I've got the part numbers off the board and will have a new board on the way today. Cost 47$ plus shipping. Not a bad deal. Thanks for the help.
