Brake Fluid

the brake fluid reservoir on my Sea Breeze needs to have some fluid added. I was wondering if someone could explain to me just how you are able to get any fluid added since the reservoir is almost impossible to get to. Or am I just a little mechanically dumb?

It's obvious that some engineers never have to work on the things that they build. Of course there a complete industry devoted to specialty tools to reach those hard to get to items.

Two things. To solve your problem a turkey baster with a small plastic tube will work. The other item is this. Brake fluid is not used up. If it's low adding fluid is the first step but finding where the fluid has gone is the next.

Your unit is an 04 and we don't know how much service was performed on it. The brake fluid should be flushed some say 3 - 4 years and others say 4 - 5 years. At any rate it's probably a good idea to do that and also an inspection to determine where the fluid is going.

Also remember that most all brake fluid is hygroscopic (absorbs moisture from the air) and using an old can of fluid or one not well sealed is a no no.
