Hi! I am new to this forum but it does look good. I have a problem with a Valterra black plastic connection, I managed to break one of the four studs. It seemed to break very easily and although it only takes two studs to hold the hose, I will have to replace it. It looks like it will require replacing everything from the two valve bodies down. Does that sound right? Has anyone else had this problem?

Also, I am not able to access the photos section, what am I not doing correctly?

Thanks y'all! George~~~~~~~~~~~'05 Tropi-Cal T370LX

George,
I just went out and looked at my valve and got the part number off of the main body, it will be a T#### mine was a T1010 did an internet search and found it. You should be able to save your valves. When it is appart this would be a good time to relube the O rings with plumbers grease.

George:

Do you mean the cap at the end of the main body? This is the cap that hangs down with a rubber connector to the main body? This has 4 studs and can be purchased in any RV supply house.

Or am I being too simple ....

Thanks, Bill, Richard and JoeP.

Joe, the cap would be too easy, it has hooks, not studs, but thanks anyway.

It occurred to me that if it was that easy to break the stud, then Valterra must have an easier way to repair it than taking off the whole side. Sure enough, they have a Termination Adapter, Part No. T1029-2 with a slip hub which can be cemented onto the old outlet after removing the remaining three studs. I will let you know how this works out.

Last question, how do I get on to the photo section?

Thanks again for your prompt responses,~~~~~~~~~~~~~~George
