Chassis Batt's Not Being Charged

I have a 2005 Tropical, and I noticed that my chassis batt's are not being charged while plugged into shore power. I understand that the coach is equipped with a "bcc" unit that should take care of the house and chassis batt's. The house batt's look like the are being charged. Anybody have an answer for this?

I found this old post that goes into this. " Don and Kim" explainged how he got a hold of the schematics. It does sound like depending on the voltage of each set of batteries they are connected at times and charged simultaneously.
