Sounds like the manufacture used different covers.. As long as we agree that most "nuts" are ornamental. Aint it the truth

I hope you realize there are only a few that pull off, the rest are permanently attached to the wheel cover. The removable ones are usually noticeable by the dimples or other slight differences from the permanent ones.

All the Dicors I've seen have 2 or 3 screw on nut covers that holds the wheel simulator to the wheel. The rest of the nut covers are permanently attached to the simulator. Never saw any with push ons on an RV.

Dicor makes 3 styles of wheel covers. FastLiner covers push into the wheel and use spring clips like auto wheel covers. All chrome 'lug nuts' are fake and permanently attached to cover. Wheel Cover style use brackets bolted to lug nuts and a center stud that is used to screw cover in place on the wheel. A small chrome cap covers the nut. Again, all chrome lug nuts are fake and permanently attached. Versa-Liners use lock nuts that hold the cover to wheel studs and then a chrome lug nut cover is pressed into place. Only two chrome covers press on lock nuts, the rest are fake. On my RV, the lock nuts are 1/8" larger than the lug nuts, requiring I carry two large sockets to remove a wheel.

My Dircors have 3 screw on nut covers as previously described. Several of my friends have the same Dicors. Now these are all F53 chassis, 19.5" and in the 1999 - 2003 range. No doubt Dicor made several models as well as different configurations for the various chassis mfgrs. A look on their website reflects that.

I didn't want to start an argument, but point out that there are a variety of methods and by just one manufacturer (Dicor) presently used to attach wheel covers to RV wheels. Saying they all unscrew, or press on, that there are 2 or 3 covers, is doing a disservice to folks trying to figure it out. Let's just say there have been a number of schemes used in the past and present to attach these things and you'll have to use careful observation to figure out how yours are attached. This is best done on a warm bright day rather than in the dark or rain inches away from the side of an interstate.

No argument, you just made my point. There are at least 2 other major RV wheel Sim mfgrs out there....none are the same. Then Dicor makes different models with different attachment configurations, which I assume is somewhat dependent on the chassis mfgr. My original post only reflected my personal experience with one model of Dicor. One cannot assume all nut covers are the same, even on the same brand. We are in agreement.

Thanks for the picture Dunner. I have, or had one of these and wondered what the hell it was. I hope I didn't throw it out.

National Seabreeze 2004 LX

Does anyone know the Dicor part number for the National Seabreeze? Is it V22569? I need rear one and I want to make sure I order the right part. It has 8 lugs and 4 holes
