Well, the simplest way to match up coax runs is to purchase a tester from Home Depot. You put a sensor on one end, you put the tester on another end (say up at the front) and see if it connects up. If not you keep trying until you find the right one. It seems as if the connection at the back of my rig only feeds the TV in the bedroom. The TV up front appears to only connect to the built in satellite dish and FTA antenna.
This is what I use. It may be a bit of overkill for what you doing but who knows, you may have future issues and as tools go it isn't that expensive.
Simple connect one of the colored sensors at one end and connect your probe a the other end and you will see if they connect.
You may need a patch cable to connect to your probe to the inlet in your rear bay. Go to the other end of your mystery cables and connect a colored sensor to each one. Return to the probe and eventually you will find which cable if any rings through where. The colored sensors will tell you which one is which
