It doesn't sound like customer service has improved in the 4 years since wwe bought our Dolphin. NRV left us stuck in Las Vegas during a hot August with no A/C when the coach was brand new. They were almost impossible to reach by phone, and messages left were NEVER returned. The NRV dealers in Vegas were rude and no help wharsoever. We finally were able to connect with someone at the NRV factory who sent us to Salt Lake City where we had the A/C repaired promptly and by friendly people. What a difference in the attitude of the service dept at the Salt Lake City NRV dealer. They were terrific. Since then we have had the coach repaired/serviced at the Perris factory 3 times very satisfactorily. The service dept. employees seemed to know what they are doing and were friendly as well. Just don't expect anyone in management to respond. Fortunately we love the coach design. Wish it had more power. The handling has improved greatly with the heavy duty Monroe shocks. I think they are now using Bilsteins on the new Dolphins, and that should take care of the bouncing problem.
