Dash Radio

All four speakers on the dash radio (Jensen VR-185) quit working. The radio functions still work, there is just no sound. Would anyone have an idea of where to start diagnosing the problem? What could cause all 4 speakers to quit at once? Wiring or radio? TIA

Check the MUTE button it is labeled MUT second button in from the bottom right side
