Dashboard electrical issues

I own a 2005 Dolphin LX6355. I experienced an electrical issue as follows.
1. no power to the switch to raise the jacks
2. no power to the dashboard a/c fans
3. no power to the backup camera monitor
4. no power to the cigarette lighter.

4. Fuse for the cigarette light blown - replaced now works
1, 2, 3. Called rv repair service. Claimed there was not any power to the main dashboard fuse box. He wired a new wire from the battery to the fuse box. That gave me power to resolve issue 1 and 3.
2. took rv to workhorse chasis repair shop they claim there want not any power from the main fuse box under the hood in the engine compartment to the a/c control on the dashboard. Ran a new circuit to resolve issue.

Now the image on the B/W monitor for the backup camera is fuzzy and has a black line across the screen. I still have sound. The screen wants to roll like the old TV's used to. Has anyone experienced anything similar? How do I check the monitor to see if it is going bad. The monitor is a Weldex 3006-m.

Since your problems seems to be a chassis related problem the moderators should move this to the Workhorse/Chevy chassis forum.

My back up monitor some times would go to noise bars and lines. I'm from an electronics service background and suspected leaky or bad electrolytic capacitors
in the monitor. I changed about 10 of them on the circuit board that the camera's signal first enters the monitor. I worked fine after that but I felt others would go bad over time. Within a year after that I change to an update 7" LCD monitor/colour camera. This type of capacitor has been big problems in all kinds of products and
brands. See : Capacitor plague - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
